Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Commercial Platform and AI Leader to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our commercial toolstack (SFDC, CPQ, pricing tools). You will lead a team of SMEs, driving AI-enabled workflows to shorten sales cycles and improve quote accuracy for both internal sellers and external customers.

You’ll partner with Digital Technology, Pricing, and Sales Operations to ensure scalable, data-driven platforms, measure ROI, and guide change management across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of enterprise-grade commercial platforms including Salesforce and CPQ.
• Vision and execution of a connected commercial ecosystem; deep understanding of Q2C.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year roadmap for the commercial platform ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor SMEs in SFDC and CPQ.
• Drive AI integration for predictive quoting and price optimization.
• Partner with DT, Pricing, and Sales Operations for scalability and data integrity.
• Maximize platform ROI by monitoring KPIs and reducing friction in the sales process.
• Establish global data usage standards and change management.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Lead change management and adoption initiatives.
