Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Commercial Platform and AI Leader to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our CPQ, SFDC, and related digital selling tools. You will lead a team of SMEs and drive AI-enabled workflows to shorten sales cycles and improve quote accuracy, delivering a frictionless buying experience for internal sellers and external customers.

You will partner with Digital Technology, Pricing, and Sales Operations to ensure platform scalability and data integrity, set global standards,

Qualifications

Proven platform leadership for enterprise-grade commercial tools (SFDC/CPQ).
Ability to articulate and execute a connected commercial ecosystem.
Experience implementing AI-driven features in sales environments.
Demonstrated capability to lead and coach a technical team.

Responsibilities

Set a multi-year strategic roadmap for the commercial platform ecosystem.
Lead and develop SMEs specializing in SFDC and CPQ.
Drive AI integration across CPQ/CRM for automated workflows.
Collaborate with DT, Pricing, and Sales Ops to ensure scalability and data integrity.
Maximize platform ROI by monitoring KPIs and reducing friction in the sales process.
Establish global standards for data usage, platform configuration, and change management.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for developers.
Lead organizational change through training and enablement.
