Insurance Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Property & Casualty Client Manager II to support a construction-focused book in southern California. You will manage new business and renewals, identify exposures, and negotiate coverage with underwriters and carriers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial P&C client management and hold a California license. Construction insurance experience is a plus, and strong communication is essential to maintain client relationships and service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial P&C client management experience.
• Current California Insurance License.
• Construction insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, renewals, and account servicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and renewal processes for commercial P&C accounts.
• Identify client exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Prepare carrier submissions, proposals, and negotiate coverage and pricing.
• Partner with underwriters, Risk Advisors, and Risk Control on client needs.
• Conduct contract and lease reviews for insurance and risk requirements.
• Maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other client service team members.
