Qualifications

• Active California Insurance License is required.
• 5+ years of client management experience in P&C insurance.
• Designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM preferred.
• Proficiency with PC applications and insurance management platforms.
• Attention to detail with ability to identify coverage gaps and documentation errors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day service to clients with Risk Advisor/Executive Client Manager.
• Manage new business and renewal process; review risk management surveys.
• Identify exposures to loss and advise on appropriate coverages.
• Understand complex coverages and class code assignments.
• Analyze underwriting data including Loss Ratios and Experience Modification.
• Develop marketing plans with Risk Advisors and insureds.
• Prepare proposals; negotiate terms with carriers; collaborate with underwriters.
