Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage CRM data and records.
• Experience coordinating contracts, renewals, and portal access.
• Ability to support proposals, RFIs, and deal desk activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for the Commercial team.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and generate dashboards.
• Track contract expirations and renewal opportunities; coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
• Monitor bid portals and manage portal registrations and access.
• Support deal desk activities and proposal responses as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data entry standards and naming conventions.
