Pritchard Industries is seeking a Client Partner for the Boston Territory to own the client relationship post-implementation and drive retention, renewals, and growth within a defined book of business. This role requires executive-level engagement and proactive problem solving with internal teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Operations, leading QBRs, monitoring client health metrics in D365, and aligning service delivery with contracts and budgets to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client management or customer success in B2B.
• Strong business acumen with contract understanding.
• Proficient in D365 or similar CRM.

Responsabilités

• Own the client relationship post-implementation and drive retention and renewals.
• Develop relationships with operations teams and key stakeholders.
• Lead QBRs and service reviews to highlight results and value.
• Monitor client health metrics and identify risk trends.
• Escalate and resolve issues quickly across Pritchard teams.
