Qualifications
- Five+ years of experience with automobile insurance defense and MFR claims.
- Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a law-related field, or Associate’s + paralegal training.
- Substantive legal experience may substitute formal education per Firm discretion.
Responsibilities
- Support a national counsel team in MFR claim management and litigation.
- Assist with fact investigation, medical record reviews, docketing, and drafting litigation documents and client reporting.
- Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials; attend as needed.
