Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Placement Specialist for a remote position based in the Southeast, within driving distance of Atlanta. Regular travel to Georgia member agencies is expected, with occasional in-person meetings.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial lines placement experience and holds a Property & Casualty license. Knowledge of Property, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and Professional Liability is

• 3–5 years of commercial lines insurance placement experience.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Knowledge of Property, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and Professional Liability.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as placement resource for independent agencies, identifying carriers, MGAs, and wholesale brokers for hard-to-place risks.
• Review and qualify submissions, match accounts to markets based on appetite, coverage, risk, and pricing.
• Develop placement strategies for new business, renewals, and challenging risks across multiple lines.
• Negotiate terms with underwriters and wholesale partners to secure solutions for member agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, MGAs, brokers, and agency owners to improve market access.
