EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the Atlanta, GA area (remote with occasional in-person meetings) seeks a detail-oriented insurance professional. The role focuses on servicing commercial accounts, handling applications, renewals, and client questions while supporting Producers and Account Executives.

Requirements include 2+ years of commercial insurance experience and a valid property & casualty license. Strong communication and system skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance account servicing experience with a P&C license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn software systems quickly.
• Ability to adapt to priority changes and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process applications, policies, endorsements, binders and certificates during non-renewal periods.
• Assist clients with policy coverage questions and support Producers.
• Manage client accounts with oversight of Producers or Account Executives; perform research and policy adjustments.
• Conduct renewal analysis, market comparisons, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
• Maintain client files in systems and assist with billing and administration.
