Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a skilled insurance professional for a remote role serving clients in the Atlanta area. The position focuses on commercial lines, policy servicing, and client support, with occasional in-person meetings in Sandy Springs.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of commercial insurance account servicing experience and a current property & casualty license. Strong communication, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Process servicing items for client accounts (non-renewal periods).
• Assist clients with policy coverage questions and broker in servicing clients.
• Oversee client files and handle billing and administrative tasks.
• Support renewal processes with analysis, quotes, and market comparisons.
