Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You'll work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and ensuring value in every interaction.

This role supports renewals, risk management, and collaboration across teams, with opportunities for growth within a globally connected organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with a minimum 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and with carrier partners through timely responses and excellent service.
• Address client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's systems.
• Leverage Gallagher's technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
