Job summary

SDI Staffing is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager for a California based insurance agency. The role offers 100% remote work with CA residency required, or in-office/hybrid option with training provided.

Responsibilities include processing commercial certificates, assisting the Construction team, handling client inquiries, and submitting Acord applications to underwriters. Must have 1–2 years in an independent agency and EPIC/CSR24 familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience processing Certificates of Insurance in an independent agency.
• Basic understanding of insurance requirements in contracts.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial certificates daily and assist the Construction team.
• Handle admin duties: data entry, follow up, review, etc.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries, policy reviews and change requests.
• Process certificate requests and policy changes.
• Submit Acord applications to underwriters for quotes.
• Review renewals and remarketing with carriers.
• Provide renewal quotes and bind coverage as directed.
