Job summary

SDI Staffing in California is seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to support a growing book of business. After training, a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days remote work is available, with in-office collaboration during the onboarding phase.

You will document all activity in Nexsure, quote and renew coverage, and discuss policy details with clients while coordinating direct bill and agency bill renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Commercial Lines experience in an independent agency setting.
• Must hold an active CA Property and Casualty license.
• Strong attention to documentation and processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist one Producer with a growing commercial book of business (~$5M in premiums).
• Document everything thoroughly in the agency management system (Nexsure).
• Market, review, and prepare quotes/renewals for proposals.
• Discuss and review coverage with clients.
• Complete ACORD applications and supplements for New Business and Renewals.
• Attach email communications to Nexsure and follow up on underwriting documents.
• Submit bind orders and follow up for policies.
• Review policies and processes in Nexsure.
