Job summary

NFP is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a defined client book, with emphasis on trucking and transportation clients. This remote role operates in PST, MT, or CST time zones, collaborating with Producers and carriers to bind, endorse, and renew policies.

Responsibilities include client communications, quote preparation, and maintaining policy records, with a focus on proactive relationship management and accurate servicing.

Qualifications

• Prior client service and/or industry experience; experience with transportation/trucking clients ideal.
• Broker's license required upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industry experience with a strong background in commercial insurance.
• Prior retail brokerage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client servicing for a specific book of business and respond to insured and underwriter requests.
• Bind and endorse policies, issue certificates, bill invoices, and manage payments.
• Support renewals and marketing processes, prepare proposals and collect signed applications.
• Coordinate with Producers to service client accounts and manage relationship with carriers.
• Maintain accurate client policy records in the agency management system.
