Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to support a busy account team. The role focuses on policy administration, client service, renewals, billing, and collaboration with producers and account managers from IOA Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, can work Pacific Time hours (M-F 8am-5pm), and is able to handle moderately complex tasks with accuracy while meeting service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Maintain policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Assist in renewals, prepare submissions, and support pricing and proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and maintain data accuracy in agency systems.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
