Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines in a role that can be remote with potential hybrid onsite work in the Pacific Time Zone. The position supports the IOA Los Angeles team, focusing on generalist account handling and service excellence.

You will manage renewals, billing, claims, and coverage analysis while coordinating with AMs and producers. Strong licensing and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced insurance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; handle billing, claims and coverage analysis.
• Process tasks accurately within required timeframes and review contracts for proper coverages.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances; maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
