Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. The role supports the account team, producers, and assigned accounts, ensuring accurate policy administration, renewals, and service delivery.

A valid P&C license and PT hours are required, with remote work possible for CA residents and hybrid onsite options near branch locations. Responsibilities include managing underwriting information, client research, and timely processing of tasks, while

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assigned accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals and conduct renewal submissions.
• Support contract review to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections as needed.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
