Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to support CA/NV/OR/WA/AZ-based clients. You will assist with policy administration, renewals, billing, and service requests, while maintaining carrier relationships.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience in insurance, or 5+ years in the industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, and client communications.
• Handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis with accuracy.
• Assist in contract reviews and ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor AR and collect outstanding balances; maintain data in agency systems.
• Support day-to-day workflows and maintain timely task processing.
