You will handle policy administration, renewals, billing, and client communications with a focus on accuracy and service excellence. The ideal candidate has an active P&C license, 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, and strong MS Office skills to work in Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and customer service support to the account team and clients.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Process billing, claims, and coverage analyses.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status clearly with the team.
