Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines.

The role provides administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers across a remote-capable setup, with expectations to work Pacific Time hours. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, holds an active P&C license, and understands policy renewals, billing, submissions, and client service while maintaining data accuracy in agency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active P&C license (required); CIC or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers
• Manage policy expirations and renewals
• Handle billing, claims, coverage analysis, and account inquiries
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy
