• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Professional licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and Producers.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims and coverage analysis.
• Monitor expirations and renewals; assist in client research and submissions.
• Keep agency management systems and data accurate and up to date.
