Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team and Producer in California. You will handle policy administration, billing, renewals, and client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Assist in policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Coordinate renewal submissions, underwriting information, and pricing.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
