Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. seeks an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines to support the account team, under supervision, handling policy administration, renewals, billing, and service requests. The role emphasizes accuracy, client communication, and partnership with Producers and AE to safeguard our clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, underwriting information gathering, and submissions.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
