Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to join our team. You will provide administrative and client support to the account group, handling policy administration, renewals, and billing with accuracy and quality.

In this role, you will collaborate with Account Managers and Producers, resolve service issues, and help grow client relationships across multiple states. PT hours and state licensing are valued, with remote work options where allowed.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Experience in insurance brokerage and client needs.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals with accuracy.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, and assist in negotiations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up on delinquencies.
