• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years account management experience or 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Associate.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, underwriting information gathering, submissions, and coverages evaluation.
• Monitor and manage activity to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and seek continuous improvement.
