Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a book of business remotely. You will be the trusted advisor for commercial clients, handling endorsements, certificates, and billing while coordinating with producers, carriers, and support staff.

You’ll review coverage documentation, ensure carrier compliance, and support onboarding from sales to service. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or related client-facing role.
• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Knowledge of commercial lines products, coverages, policy structures, and carrier requirements.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, carriers, producers, and internal teams.
• Manage endorsements, policy changes, certificates, billing inquiries, and service requests.
• Review policies and documentation for carrier and agency compliance.
• Assist with new business onboarding and transition to ongoing account management.
• Identify gaps and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts.
• Coordinate with renewal specialists and carriers to complete service tasks.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate account records in AMS and CRM systems.
