• Required active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day‑to‑day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues
• Ensure no errors or omissions in policies and billing
• Renewals: manage expirations, submissions, and coverage analysis
• Support accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
