Patriot Growth Insurance Services in Taunton, MA is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Specialist to support Account Managers, Producers, and the department in processing endorsements, renewals, certificates, and client inquiries.

This hybrid, full-time role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and clear communication as you help deliver high-quality service to clients and carrier partners while supporting marketing and book rollover initiatives.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Two or more years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Previous experience working within a Commercial Lines insurance agency.
• Working knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, coverages, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Lines Account Managers, Producers, and Department Managers with day-to-day servicing activities across multiple books of business.
• Deliver exceptional client service by handling overflow calls, responding to inquiries, and helping resolve requests promptly and accurately.
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and related policy documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Assist clients with claim reporting and ensure claim information is communicated to carriers in a timely manner.
• Contribute to marketing, remarketing, and book rollover initiatives that help maintain strong client relationships and retention.
• Help sustain seamless client service by providing coverage for team members during absences and assisting with special projects and department initiatives.
