Patriot Growth Insurance Services seeks a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to support a busy commercial lines book, coordinating with carriers and handling endorsements, certificates, and renewals. You will work with Account Managers to deliver accurate service and protect client interests.

To succeed, you are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to confidentiality. A Property & Casualty license and MS Office proficiency are essential; EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in administrative support role.
• Familiarity with commercial lines products and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client/policy management apps.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person with timely, professional service.
• Process endorsements and coverage changes with accurate system documentation.
• Support clients through the claims process by submitting claims and monitoring progress.
• Prepare and distribute Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance.
• Maintain organized client records with carrier and policy documentation.
• Assist with renewals, loss runs, policy updates, and carrier servicing requests.
