Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services in Dartmouth, MA is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to commercial insurance clients. You will manage renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes, delivering proactive service and strategic guidance to protect client businesses.

You will collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal teams to prepare proposals, market programs, and respond quickly to service needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years P&C account management or 4+ years commercial lines experience.
• Ability to obtain P&C license within three months.
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, policy servicing, renewals and carrier processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with proactive service.
• Guide clients through renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and changes.
• Collaborate with producers to prepare proposals and renewal strategies.
• Educate clients on coverages and risk management considerations.
• Coordinate with carrier partners to market programs and secure solutions.
• Support claims reporting and policy documentation and client requests.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and connect clients with resources.
