Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues and ensure data accuracy in agency systems.
• Renewals, submissions, negotiations, and proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
