Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in insurance or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities; resolve complex issues.
• Renewals: monitor expirations, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms; ensure data accuracy.
