Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license and understanding of brokerage needs.
• Professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with no errors or omissions.
• Maintain policy expirations, renewals, and billing processes.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals to clients.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
