Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage a book of business, retain clients, and support new business development. You will handle policy administration, billing, claims, and renewal negotiations to maximize client satisfaction.

You will lead a team, maintain data accuracy in agency systems, and monitor delinquent accounts while collaborating with carriers to deliver proactive service.

Formación

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty license; CIC preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned book of business ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: research, submissions, negotiations and proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect delinquent balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor data accuracy.
• Communicate workload and issues clearly with the account team.
• Strive for service excellence and continuous improvement.
