Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience in insurance or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to retain accounts and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities; resolve complex issues with accuracy.
• Oversee policy expirations, renewals, and client submissions; negotiate coverages as needed.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances; maintain data in agency systems.
