Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and growth.
• Coordinate daily admin and customer service activities, resolve issues.
• Renewals: review expirations, negotiate coverages, present proposals.
• Monitor receivables and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy; support team workloads.
