Novolex seeks a results-driven Commercial Excellence Manager to lead pricing analytics, RFQ economics, and margin-improvement initiatives. The role focuses on building repeatable tools and actionable analyses that drive deal decisions and profitability across multiple customers, SKUs, and plants.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in pricing or related analytics, strong ownership, and the ability to move from data to actionable recommendations with cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance, FP&A, sales operations, manufacturing analysis, consulting, supply chain analysis, or related analytical roles.
• Experience creating repeatable analytical models, dashboards, templates, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data to actionable recommendations and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing analyses, RFQ economics, quote comparisons, price walks, margin bridges, and deal-review materials.
• Help build repeatable ComEx tools and routines to move from ad hoc analysis to disciplined decision making.
• Translate analysis into action with recommendations, implementation plans, and financial validation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and plant teams to validate inputs and implications.
• Develop and maintain costing methodologies and models covering materials, labor, waste, freight, and complexity.
• Document recurring issues and propose improvements; support training and adoption of new ComEx processes.
