Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Pricing Manager for the Quick Service Restaurant Business Unit to lead pricing strategy and profitability initiatives across multiple markets. This role partners with Sales and Finance to optimize pricing, evaluate opportunities, and drive profitable growth.

You will guide pricing analytics, develop customer-specific pricing, and mentor pricing analysts while aligning with strategic objectives and international expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pricing, FP&A, revenue management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with pricing platforms, SAP or ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and margin expansion across QSR, C-Store, and Specialty Retail markets.
• Evaluate customer opportunities, contracts, and commercial proposals to optimize profitability.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Sales to provide pricing recommendations and bid support.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead and mentor pricing analysts and drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and reporting.
