Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Pricing Manager for the Quick Service Restaurant Business Unit. You will lead pricing strategy, profitability initiatives, and cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Finance, and Operations.

You will evaluate customer opportunities, market trends, and financial impacts to drive growth while aligning with business objectives. A collaborative, data-driven leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of pricing, FP&A, or related experience.
• Experience with manufacturing, packaging, or food/beverage industries preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies across QSR, C-Store, and Specialty Retail markets.
• Evaluate customer opportunities, contracts, and commercial proposals.
• Provide pricing recommendations and profitability analyses to Sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Lead pricing analysts and drive improvements in pricing processes and reporting.
