Novelis in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence & Pricing to lead regional pricing strategy across North America market segments. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Global Commerce teams to deploy governance, tools, and standardized processes that lift profitability and commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial strategy, commercial excellence, sales operations, finance, product management, or related roles within a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and financial skill, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or commercial transformation projects.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Commercial Excellence and Pricing roadmap across North America market segments.
• Strengthen pricing governance, develop scalable frameworks, tools, analytics, and standards.
• Develop pricing and proposal recommendations for customer opportunities and negotiations.
• Drive regional margin improvement through pricing excellence initiatives and analytics.
• Lead regional commercial transformation and process simplification, including Win Room deployment.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of four Senior Analysts.
