ICF is seeking an Associate Manager, Commercial Energy to lead and optimize utility-sponsored energy efficiency, electrification, and DSM programs. You will oversee operations, budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable energy savings and pilot new technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in energy efficiency, utility program management, or consulting.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of residential, commercial, and pilot energy efficiency programs.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and regulatory deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, outreach, and marketing personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to meet objectives.
• Support business development, program launches, and continuous improvement.
• Design and execute pilot programs to evaluate new technologies and delivery models.
• Analyze cost-effectiveness, energy savings, and market potential.
• Monitor trends in energy efficiency and distributed energy resources.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster innovation.
• Direct teams responsible for project reviews, incentive processing, and performance reporting.
• Develop SOPs and automation strategies; maintain workflow documentation.
• Present program performance metrics to stakeholders; collaborate with IT for data visualization.
