ICF is seeking an Associate Manager, Commercial Energy to lead the implementation, optimization, and innovation of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs in Virginia. You will oversee residential, commercial, and pilot programs, manage budgets, KPIs, and regulatory deliverables while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will engage clients, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement, pilots, cost-effectiveness analyses, and data visualization using Power BI and Excel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, utility program management, or consulting.
• 2+ years of cross-functional team leadership and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of residential, commercial, and pilot energy efficiency programs.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and regulatory deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, outreach, and marketing personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure program objectives are achieved.
• Support business development efforts, program launches, transitions, and continuous improvement.
• Design and execute pilot programs to evaluate innovative technologies and delivery models.
• Conduct analyses on cost-effectiveness, energy savings, and market potential.
• Monitor trends in energy efficiency, flexible load management, and distributed energy resources.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, manufacturers, and community stakeholders to foster innovation.
• Direct teams responsible for project reviews, incentive processing, and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, and process automation strategies.
• Present program performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and reporting teams to prioritize data requests and enhance visualization tools.
