OneStream is seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager to guide a broad portfolio of digital-managed customers. You will act as a strategic advisor, ensure onboarding and adoption, and drive value realization across regions, with occasional on-site meetings and heavy reliance on scalable, data-driven engagement.

You will partner with Sales and Delivery teams to manage renewals, expansions, and customer outcomes, collaborating across Product, Support, and Finance to deliver measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience.
• At least 3 years in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company.
• Knowledge of finance processes and CPM/FP&A concepts.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with senior finance stakeholders.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
