The successful candidate will own redlining, diligence, and negotiation, delivering precise, well-crafted documents and memos to support model training and governance in high-stakes workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Support training of the language model on professional documents and workflows.
• Provide NDA, vendor agreements, and renewal trackers as part of contract lifecycle management
