YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Commercial Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, and provide clear explanations to train and evaluate AI systems.

The role is remote from the United States, contract-based with 4+ years of transactional experience, strong drafting and tech transactions skills, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission required.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions (LI, indemnification, confidentiality, data protection).
• Excellent legal writing, analytical and contract review skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
• Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
