• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts, redlines, and diligence-related documents.
• Prepare NDA and vendor agreement reviews, and renewal trackers.
