Job summary

Life360, a remote-first company, seeks a Commercial Counsel Attorney with 5+ years negotiating advertising and ad tech agreements to join the legal team. You will draft and negotiate supply and demand side contracts, IOs, and data agreements, working closely with Privacy, Product, Engineering, and Ads teams to protect Life360 and accelerate deals across a dynamic ad business.

You will guide contract strategy, templates, and negotiation playbooks while ensuring compliance with CCPA/GDPR and IAB

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and bar membership in at least one state.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience in advertising, ad tech, media, or tech companies.
• Experience drafting and negotiating publisher, DSP/SSP, IOs, and content licensing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply-side and platform terms with publishers and partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate demand-side agreements with advertisers and agencies.
• Negotiate content licensing agreements supporting advertising and monetization initiatives.
• Negotiate DPAs and data-use terms within privacy frameworks (CCPA, GDPR).
• Build templates, playbooks, and workflows to speed deal closure while protecting the company.
