Life360 is seeking a Commercial Counsel Attorney with 5+ years of experience negotiating advertising and ad tech agreements to support the growth of Life360’s advertising business across its consumer software and hardware products, including Tile and Pet GPS.

You will draft and negotiate supply- and demand-side agreements, IOs, platform access, DPAs, and related marketing contracts while aligning with privacy laws and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• J.D. from a US law school in good standing.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in advertising/ad tech.
• Experience drafting publisher, DSP/SSP, IOs, and licensing agreements.
• Experience with privacy laws such as CCPA and GDPR.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply-side agreements, including publisher terms.
• Draft, review, and negotiate demand-side agreements and IOs.
• Draft, review, and negotiate DPAs and privacy terms in advertising transactions.
• Translate legal requirements into practical advice for cross-functional teams.
• Build templates, playbooks, and workflows for contracting.
