Life360 seeks an Associate Legal Counsel, Product & Privacy, Ads to guide our Ads platform on privacy, consumer protection, and content regulation. You will serve as the primary legal partner for Ad Sales and Ads Product Managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will report to the Deputy General Counsel for Product & Privacy. This remote-friendly role offers a competitive US salary range ($129,000–$190,000) plus RSUs and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of legal experience in product and privacy counseling in the ad-tech space.
• Experience advising software product managers and engineers.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; membership in at least one state bar.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with consumer protection matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise ads engineering and product teams on legal/regulatory issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide counsel on privacy and data protection in ad tech, including GDPR/CCPA.
• Advise on content regulation and ads policies.
• Advise on marketing matters related to B2B ads.
• Monitor evolving privacy/regulatory trends globally for the ad-tech space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk management strategies.
