Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support its legal team for a 3-month engagement, with potential extension or conversion. It is a remote US-based role requiring Pacific Time business hours availability.

The position also welcomes experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience. Prior work with Ironclad and contract workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily handle Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor and reseller agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and contract workflows.
• Support both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks, depending on experience and ability.
